Present a project as slides

Turn a project page into a slide deck in your brand, straight from Notion.

Present mode is rolling out to workspaces. If you don’t see it yet, it isn’t on for yours.

Present

  1. 1 Open the project or a page inside it.
  2. 2 Choose Present in the page menu.
  3. 3 Move with the arrow keys or the space bar. Press Escape to stop.

Link admins and Link users can present. The slides have their own address, using.link/<Link>/slides, and anyone who can open the page can follow along there as you move.

How slides are made

  • The first slide is a cover with the project’s name.
  • A divider in Notion starts a new slide, and so does a heading after some text.
  • A paragraph that starts with Present note: becomes a note only presenters see.

One presenter at a time

If someone else is already presenting the page, Link says so. Client pages can’t be presented.

Screens show a sample workspace in Link’s new design, which is rolling out. Inline controls are illustrations; use them in your workspace to make a change.
