Renovate The Anders Hotel lobby into one calm arrival space—reception, lounge, and bar reading as a single room—while the hotel stays open through the works.

Phases

The renovation runs in three phases behind a full-height hoarding so the front desk keeps operating every day of the works.

Phase one: strip-out and new services, with a temporary reception in the east wing.

Phase two: stone floor, joinery, and the new reception desk and back bar.

Phase three: lighting, loose furniture, planting, and final styling before reopening.

Materials

Honed Jura limestone floor with a brushed-brass inlay at the entrance.

Smoked oak reception desk and wall panelling from the approved mock-up.

Wool bouclé lounge seating in the warm neutral palette.
