You will work across 0001 products and long-running client systems. The role combines product judgement, interaction design, and hands-on frontend engineering.

• Shape product flows from a real constraint, not a feature list.
• Build responsive, accessible interfaces in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Work in existing Astro and React applications without flattening their character.
• Connect frontend work to APIs, content systems, and deployment infrastructure.
• Test the actual interaction, document decisions, and carry work through release.

We care more about the quality of your judgement and contributions than a title or a specific number of years.

• You are fluent in modern TypeScript and browser fundamentals.
• You notice typography, spacing, loading states, and awkward edge cases.
• You can read an unfamiliar codebase and make a focused change safely.
• You communicate clearly in writing and are comfortable working asynchronously.
• You can explain a tradeoff, ask for evidence, and change direction when the evidence does.

Everyone has the same title: product @0001. There are no internal levels in the name, and responsibility follows the work rather than a fixed hierarchy.

• Async first, with no meetings by default.
• Small commits and working releases over speculative roadmaps.
• Open code and documented decisions, except for personal data and active client work.
• Ownership from the first product decision through delivery and handover.

• Send a short introduction with links to work you are proud of.
• Choose a real task that reflects the work and complete it as a small trial project.
• Review the result together, including the decisions and tradeoffs behind it.
• Start with a three-month onboarding period before both sides decide to continue.

Write a short, direct note about what you want to work on and include two or three examples that show how you think and build.
