Share a Link with a teammate
Forward a public Link, or get your teammate their own access to a private one.
Public Links
If a page opens without sign-in, anyone with its address can open it. Forward it only to the people the company meant it for.
Private Links
A private page asks everyone to sign in with their own invited email. Forwarding the address doesn’t give your teammate access.
- Client admins can invite teammates from the access panel or Settings → People.
- Anyone on a client can invite an external person, such as a freelancer, to projects they can see.
- Otherwise, send the company your teammate’s name, work email and the projects they need.
Never share your sign-in code.
Everyone signs in with their own email. Your code and your session are yours alone.
When someone leaves
Tell the company when a teammate no longer needs access. Removing a person doesn’t close public pages; ask the company to make a page private if its Link should stop working.
