Manage your plan and billing
See what each plan includes, how seats are counted and what happens when you change plan.

Business adds branded emails, your workspace address and project badges. Enterprise adds automatic redaction and removing Link branding. Prices are on the pricing page.
Upgrade
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose monthly or yearly.
- Choose Upgrade on a plan and pay with Stripe.
Only Link admins can change the plan. Link users can see it.
Seats
Paid plans are billed per workspace member: each Link admin and Link user. Clients are free. The count updates on its own when people join or leave.
Change or cancel
Choose another plan in Settings → Billing. Choose your current plan to open Stripe, where you change the card, download invoices or cancel.
Before moving to a smaller plan, make fewer clients active than it allows.
If a payment fails
The workspace keeps its plan for 7 days while you update the card. After that it moves to Free.
Over the limit
Nothing is deleted. Clients and projects beyond the plan’s limits become inactive and return when you upgrade. You choose which clients stay active.
Enterprise
Enterprise has custom limits and manual billing. Contact the Link team from the pricing page.
